Unfortunately no, we do ask that you do a stock check prior to placing an order as we have many resellers reselling the same item, and could be sold anytime. We will however accommodate an exchange for something in stock or a store credit.
We accept Eft, Payfast and Cash deposit – Invoices are automatically generating and emailed to address captured when placing your order. If not in your inbox please check your spam folder too. All banking details are on the invoice, please contact us if you did not receive your invoice.
NB: CASH DEPOSIT carries an additional fee of R15 for ATM and R65 for teller.

We only offer door to door courier services within South Africa
- JHB and surrounds is R75
- National areas is R85
- Outlying areas is R120
Pricing differs for larger orders, please enquire.
We will be notified of your order. If the item is in stock please allow 24-48 hours for packaging, and 1-4 working days for delivery thereafter. Should your order be URGENT feel free to email us along with your proof of payment. We will do our utmost to courier the item ASAP.
Once your item is couriered you will be sent a tracking number along with the courier site details so that you can track your order at any time.
In Stock items take 1-4 working days for delivery based on your location.
We are online only and offer door to door services, for this reason we do not allow collections.
We use FASTWAY or THE COURIER GUY(PUDO) for cheap, efficient local and national deliveries.All deliveries are made direct to your door.

We are based in Roodepoort, however we are online only and offer door to door courier services within South Africa.
We do check each item for any damages etc, however should there be a problem with your purchase, the item must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery at a cost to the buyer, you will be issued a credit note.
PS - Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
All courier fees are non refundable and cost to buyer.
Yes, an invoice will be automatically emailed to the email address provided on signup or when an order is placed. If you unable to find it in your inbox, kindly have a look in your spam folder.
All our courier companies operate weekdays between 8am - 5pm ONLY.
