Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 2-3 days to process before we courier. We courier Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
Currently our online store only handles instock items, to place an order for an item that isnt in stock, simply email us info@thepurplelovey.co.za, pre orders are placed weekly for delivery 1-2 weeks thereafter.
Unfortunately sneakers are not available on pre order.
We use Fastway Couriers as well as The Courier Guy and Aramex for rural deliveries. All deliveries are door to door.
As we are located in Johannesburg, deliveries to surrounding areas is usually the next day or up to 3 days. Delivery to rural areas is anything from 2-4 working days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is processed so you will be able to track your package at any time.
